Abrasive blasting

Abrasive blasting

Process Process

Abrasive blasting is a technological process based on cleaning the surface of the compressed air with the addition of hard particles. Provides accurate cleaning of even hard-to-reach surfaces such as those that can not be reached by traditional grinding methods.

Advantages of abrasive blasting (blasting) Advantages of abrasive blasting (blasting)

  • very accurate surface cleaning of corrosion residues, mineral and synthetic contaminants, eg old paint,
  • significant surface development – matting of the surface by giving it a microporous structure with which the paint and metallic coatings (eg, zinc) form very durable joints,
  • unlike sandblasting, the blasting process leaves no residue of abrasive (dust) on the surface. The abrasive in our chamber is automatically cleaned, so that any dirt and dust are separated and removed from circulation,
  • high process efficiency,
  • low cost of service.
